These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Halo Advisory website and your purchase of any course, template, toolkit, or management system document (each a "Product") sold on it. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

All Products sold on this site are digital goods — downloadable files (documents, spreadsheets, presentations) and/or access to course material. No physical goods are shipped. Access is granted electronically once payment has been verified.
Prices are displayed in your chosen currency (ZMW, USD, or GBP) but Zambian mobile money and bank transfer payments are always processed in ZMW. Payment is collected securely through Flutterwave. An order is only confirmed, and access to a Product only granted, once we have independently verified the transaction with Flutterwave — a successful-looking payment screen alone does not guarantee access.
When you purchase a Product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own business or personal purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or repackage any Product, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent.
See our Refund & Return Policy for full details. In short: because Products are delivered instantly as digital files, refunds are issued only where a file is genuinely broken, corrupted, or was never delivered after a verified payment.
We may update, correct, or improve Product content from time to time. We may also update these Terms; continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
Products are provided as general educational and business templates, not professional financial, legal, or tax advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Halo Enterprises Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of a Product.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia.
